“The latest art collection "Delivered," is a story of a woman who finds herself on a new path that takes her through being lost, found, and reborn. It follows the transition from one place to another, embarking on new territory literally and mentally. The journey and stories run deep, traveling to places that go well beyond physical borders.

The first transition is of environment. I move into the Western world, where the air feels different; it carries the scent of unfamiliar flora, and the sounds are both foreign and recognizable. Each street corner is a crossroad of cultures, where old traditions intertwine with fresh perspectives. I’m suddenly taken by the inspiration in animals, whose well-being prevails through the connection with humans.

Meeting new people becomes both exhilarating and daunting—accents and idioms punctuate conversations with locals and are a window into new world views. As their Faces become familiar, I create a gallery of stories in my mind and forge new friendships through laughter and curious exchange. Every encounter is an opportunity for possibility. Yet a yearning for familiarity remains and is a constant companion in this uncharted space. Beneath the surface, the homesickness of a previous life lingers, a bittersweet reminder of the world left behind. A touch of loneliness creeps in, casting a shadow by the absence of lifelong friends. It becomes a dance between embracing the present and cherishing the past. But I find joy in the intensity of this work, as its colors and surrealism empower me. This is growth- and by embracing adaption, my narrative can broaden. The challenges weave into resilience, and hurdles become stepping stones, leaving just a mosaic of memories.

All of this builds the foundation for ‘delivered.’ Symbols and characters are proudly illustrated to showcase my sentiments and encounters through this transitional chapter of my life. In the forefront is my chosen being for comfort- the horse that carries the essence of stability and warmth. Another leading figure, the cacti, is the protector. Figures in the artwork move through the terrain calmly and cautiously, positioned with carpets that soften the landing onto this new environment and absorb the emotions that surge like waves. These stories are defined through bold, saturated colors, flat planes, and a woman’s stern gaze. They claim the visual space with certainty, confidence, and nostalgia, which reminds me of the perseverance I’m ready to deliver. “
